Pros
Decent company with potential to be much better, good benefits, ability to work from home
Cons
Excessive micromanaging, no self autonomy as a DOCTOR of pharmacy, unrealistic expectations for call length and documentation time after call ends, high call volume, stressful. Quick turnover of managers as they are constantly moved around. As a doctor of pharmacy I have never been so micromanaged. The call volume was high most of the time and you were expected to be on the phone from the moment you clock in until you clock out. You have to ask to make an outbound call if it disconnects, ask for time to research an answer you need for a patient, ask for time to research or do anything extra needed for the job. I am a pharmacist, I think I should have the ability to decide if I need to do more research or make an outbound call if it disconnects. Extreme burnout. No ability to do offline work. No work balance for consult pharmacists. I started this job with 4 rph’s I knew and only 1 remains.
