Pros
Great quarterly incentives Managers were very helpful and supportive when needing help and guidance as an employee Good commission structure and development Lots of great people work there
Cons
A very childish and patronising way to be spoken to by the MD. There is little structure and it is very hit and miss. There is no conversation to resolve matters it is just being belittling and rudeness. It is not very professional in the sense that if there is an issue instead being done on a one to one basis it is shouted across the office purely to show authority. Made to work later than contracted hours and not allowed to leave. Although recruitment is not a 9-5 job, and if required to stay late for your desk I totally agree you should but you should not be made to stay or frowned upon if you leave on time. It's a shame as there are some great people there. The way that some colleagues talk to each other is unacceptable and it mainly by senior employees, and a lot of cut throat mentality, however 90% of the employees are great. For example once resigned the MD did not speak to me or even look at me for my final week, and some comments were ridiculous. Made to feel un welcomed and like an ant on the end of a shoe multiple times by the MD. Nothing is resolved. Comes across great and makes empty promises that never come of anything. When letting someone go from the business instead of doing it within teams he aired his whole issues and judgement of that employee via email to the whole office which was highly un professional. Has made multiple employees cry.
