Pros

Most of the people in other departments are good people.

Cons

The Sales department is the worse, lack of true leadership, to many people that believe they're more important than they actually are. Lots of gossiping like high school from both male and female. Hard to there is any "true leadership", when management in the department plays favoritism and partakes in the gossiping. The company has no true training program, and lacks any type of "real" growth opportunity. Last thing I would say is, anyone with any type of ambition will loathe this position. They will sell you it and make it sound real important and has a fancy title, but all you really are is an assistant. They give you all the work that they are to lazy to do.
