Pros
Most people are amazing. Hire great talent. Adjusted to the pandemic reality and implemented only 2 days in the office once office hours return Hotel teams are great to work with.
Cons
1) Very poor leadership (senior leadership and country CEO ). Disconnected from the people and culture/morale. Not impactful from a culture perspective. 2) Very poor base pay. Significantly lower than competitors and other industries. 3) No room for promotions/growth. No succession planning and clear career paths for people. 4) Competitors offer better perks - ie hotel discounts! Many of the Accor hotels refuse to offer employee Discounts at any time. And others Often use blackout times so unable to even book. 5) culture of micromanaging
