Pros
Decent benefits. Decent pay. Understanding of life things outside of work. Easy commute. Small company so family atmosphere. Opportunities are there for those who see it and take it. You can make your job your own and if you do a good job you will be recognized and appreciated. They are on track to improvement. No cold calling. If you want a place where you can slack off skip this place and move on. Right now they are all about growth so they pay more attention to new employees than they have in the past. They like to party. It is a great company.
Cons
Not a whole lot. They should take some pointers from companies on the "great to work for" list. There are no women executives which is very telling. Certain personalities are outrageous and it can get a little out of hand. Departments fight sometimes prob because some processes are confusing and they might not know what people are supposed to be doing. Like any other company pay no mind to miserable employees who are bored and lazy but stay anyway. They will only bum you out.
