Pros
I was employed by Access Infinity for three years. As my first graduate-entry role, Access Infinity provided excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development. The Managing Directors were excellent mentors, providing teaching and guidance to ensure all final deliverables were to a high standard. This ensured all outputs were aligned with the Company's reputation for impeccable quality, with thoughtful and strategic insights. I am extremely grateful for the myriad of learning opportunities this role provided. I was able to attend and represent the Company at international conferences; be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from proposal building, planning the methodology, leading primary and secondary research, building final deliverables and giving presentations to senior leadership. It also had excellent career progression - I was promoted twice within 2 years. In terms of company culture, it certainly had the 'buzz' of a small consultancy company. There were frequent social events which allowed for colleagues to get to know one another, and form even stronger professional relationships. This made for a highly collaborative environment, where colleagues were encouraged to get involved in different aspects of the business, such as branding, pitch decks, consulting tools, website design and marketing.
Cons
As the company is so popular with their clients, there are periods of the year when it is busier than others. For employees with effective time-management, this shouldn't be a problem.
