* Offers opportunities to work in long-duration interesting projects for big companies in Greece in IT - banking - telecom - insurance sector. * Being a consultant company gives the ability to employees to change project when needed. * Overall sensible management, with an ear and disposition to employees needs. * Not top of the Market salaries but above average in the market. * During last year makes an effort to get more organised, create a company culture and offer more benefits to employees (private insurance policy, seminars, referal benefits etc).
Cons
* You work in companies as a consultant so you are considered as an "external" from other employees at least for the starting months of the project. You also don't get the benefits of the big companies you work for. Of course since you work as a consultant you have to be conscious of this fact. * In the majority of times you don't get to choose the project / company you will be assigned.
