Very poor management, lack of training, lots of drama/gossip. Crying and yelling on a regular basis. Procedure is extremely antiquated and software is 40+ years old. If you're desperate to collect a paycheck, it'll do. Looking for the next step in your career? Not a good option. Upon resigning, it was a surprise that I had been hired for a position that I had no experience in. (Although, I was completely willing to learn!) Hello? Did anyone read my resume??
