Pros
You get paid even though you don't have any students. The students are constant and keep booking you class whenever you open your schedule
Cons
You have to have a direct supervisor to open your schedule and sometimes you tell them the schedule and they won't get it right. If you want to close slots next week they will not consider it and don't understand that you are busy because it is just part time and you have classes also in school.Its not flexible.
