Pros

One of the biggest pros to working at Acadia is that they are truly a hybrid workplace. The CEO encourages flexible schedules and only really "mandates" in-office meetings once a month in the All-Hands if you live in the metro Atlanta area.

Cons

The biggest con of working at Acadia is that the celebrate their core values very often but have demonstrated that the core values mean nothing. I have seen many coworkers get left out to dry when they needed maternity leave or if they had some kind of illness that needed to be addressed.

Pros

The team is collaborative, smart, and truly cares about doing good work for clients while also supporting each other. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a culture of trust that allows you to take ownership of your work while knowing help is there if you need it.

Cons

It’s fast-paced, but in a way that feels energizing rather than draining

Pros

benefits were truly the only thing keeping me going: remote, health, work stipend, health stipend

Cons

Mircomangament, "the company is family" lies, low pay, if you aren't engaging enough to their standards, job security is out the window, POC are treated invisibly (was on calls with clients who made negative and insensitive remarks and you just sit there with nobody apologizing), do not trust words in terms of job secruity, raise, etc, their word doesn't mean much when it comes to that.
