Pros
They have a great system where the teacher's monitor is displayed in between every 2 student machines. This means that you don't have to have a projection system where it's hard to see and you have to drop your resolution to a ridiculously small size.
They have vendor relationships with high-quality but inexpensive print-on-demand textbooks. This means that each student has a paper printout that they could markup and take home. This works especially well for the Adobe product classes.
They have great classrooms in their main office, but sometimes I get to teach at location at a company as well.
There are many different subjects to teach, so I am not stuck teaching one subject (unless I want to).
Management is understanding, communicative, and honest - which is rare for a company this size.
Cons
Not enough work for me to do it as my only job.
