Pros
-You get to work with horses
-You can earn great tips
-You can meet cool people
Cons
-Management is a bit testy, one member in particular is usually rude to everyone. Their voice is particularly terrible, you can hear the sarcastic and uncaring tone 24/7
-If you get hurt, they will eventually lay you off because you can no longer do the job (didn't happen to me, but I've seen it happen)
-Sad to see some of the horses' conditions when they come in from the rental places (Sombrero Horses I'm looking at you)
-You do get a lot of people on rides that lose their cognitive abilities and cannot ride to save their lives
