Pros

the presence of a PlayStation gaming

Cons

Unjust Terminations One of the most disheartening aspects of my experience at Acacus group was witnessing the unjust terminations of several colleagues, myself included. These terminations occurred without clear explanations or justifications, leaving employees in the dark about why they were let go. Such practices eroded trust and morale among the workforce, making it difficult to focus on our tasks. I strongly believe that transparency, fairness, and open communication are essential in any workplace. Unfortunately, these elements were notably absent during my time at Acacus group Managerial Issues One of the most distressing aspects of my time at ِAcacus group was the manner in which some managers treated employees. It often felt as though employees were subjected to treatment akin to that of indentured laborers. This included excessive demands on our time, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of respect for work-life balance. Trade in the name of religion Acacus was using religion as a marketing tool.

Pros

Some talented colleagues who unfortunately don't stay long.

Cons

Salaries are consistently delayed, causing financial uncertainty. Unplanned and unpredictable vacation policies, with leaders often taking unannounced time off. Absence of critical teams like DevOps, QA and Frontend, leaving developers overburdened and expected to handle the entire development cycle alone. Extremely poor internal communication, causing confusion and inefficiencies. Virtually no salary increases, and promised raises rarely materialize. Inadequate and inconsistent bonuses. Unfair practices regarding work-from-home approvals, lacking transparency and fairness. Toxic, judgmental environment with prevalent gossip and discriminatory practices, including documented cases of sexual discrimination. Leadership dominated by a single architect who micromanages, creating an environment of insecurity and competition. CEO frequently makes reckless, uninformed decisions based on rumors, refusing input from qualified employees. No clear company vision, direction, or coherent goals communicated to employees. No onboarding, mentorship, or genuine professional development support. Fresh graduates and junior developers face unrealistic expectations without guidance or recognition. Employees deliberately excluded from significant projects without explanation. High turnover is encouraged, intentionally preventing employees from staying beyond two years. Overall poor soft skills, underqualified leaders, and intentionally hidden key business knowledge.
