One of the worst places I’ve ever experienced. Management was neglectful , missing meetings, giving priority to other team members. Putting blame on others The team I was involved in was cliquey and bullying was very evident and was looked over. Management also had favouritism too. Very unprofessional and toxic. This place was meant to be an “equal” employer , disclosed this to management and it was used against me when it should have been dealt with. Transparency was terrible, nothing was communicated properly, a lot left in the dark. Work load also needs to be assessed. Employees snowed under with an insane workload Training was also promised at start of role but nothing was provided even after reaching out multiple times.
