These investigations involved documented instances of data breaches, conflicts of interest, and other forms of misconduct inconsistent with our organizational values. All matters have been handled in accordance with Kenyan employment law and are subject to ongoing legal proceedings where appropriate. Acacia EPZ remains committed to transparency, accountability, and maintaining a professional workplace environment for our diverse workforce and over 12,000 collectors of Gum Arabic in Kenya's ASALs.
