Pros
my only pros would be that you get to meet some really cool people but it’s a lot of drama to get there. it’s also a relaxed environment because you don’t have to deal with customers or anything but you work in constant fear.
Cons
Mike does not see his employees as people and refuses to pay people in a way that reflects how hard this job is and gaslights you into thinking you produce poor work so you don’t deserve a raise but in reality, he can’t produce better work either. he will also promise you raises and promotions that you will never see and you never know when he’ll just get tired of you and fire you. all the managers have short tempers and are just Mike’s puppets, they all abuse their employees.
