Nightmare - Anonymous employee Abt Employee Review

After voicing some concerns about company strategy, costs of software upkeep, & costs of upgrading integral pieces of overly extinct ERP software, I was told that my boss - a member of "C-level" management (aka a company officer) would present my ideas during meetings with other departments, then tell them how little I did for the company. It was sad considering 4 other employees outside of my department actually confirmed that this happened on multiple occasions during meetings I was conveniently not invited to partake in. What's worse, once they decide you don't "fit" in with the club - they make your work life so miserable that you want to quit. Unfortunately I didn't. I stayed until I was terminated and learned to cope with being verbally & mentally harassed until that day came - all just so I could qualify for unemployment until I found my next job.
