Pros

My coworkers were pretty nice The hours weren’t bad

Cons

The customers were difficult. Some of the managers were also difficult. Despite having a culture of autonomy for all the employees you would get in trouble for the decisions you made if you didn’t run them by management while also being told by management to just make the best decision.

Customer Service is our bread and butter, it is what has kept us growing for the past 85 years. We empower all of our staff to make decisions based on our motto “The answer is always YES to any reasonable request” Therefore we expect extra effort from our customer service team and encourage them to go the extra mile. Of course mistakes will be made but we take those experiences and use them as teaching moments.
