Pros

I was working with Absolute People Screening for 1 year over and liked my work except the stress and pressure. My seniors were helpful mostly. Professional working team and always focussed at work. I could improve myself in many ways at this company.

Cons

Sometimes environment is stressful because of work pressure and all departments bother the associate.

“Much of the stress that people feel doesn’t come from having too much to do. It comes from not finishing what they’ve started.” Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not. Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.

Pros

The pros is only that you will get an entry in corporate wrld.

Cons

They don't give you salary on time ever. They will not give you your last 2 month stipend after you internship. They don't have facility of snacks, the coffee is cheap and bad. You can't use your phone there. You will have full restriction. They will call at your home without firstly clarifying anything from you even you are right. Work culture is so bad that you will not feel any freedom at all.

Pros

No Pros Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any positives during my time at this company. The work environment, management practices, and lack of professionalism made it a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Cons

I worked at this company in the past, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The company is very small, with only 5-6 people at a time, which means there’s constant micromanagement and surveillance. It felt like they were always watching my every move, squeezing as much work as possible out of me without respect for personal boundaries. Lunch breaks were ridiculously short—barely 30 minutes—and there was no sense of work-life balance. To make things worse, they didn’t pay me the stipend for one full month of my work. This is unethical and, frankly, feels like a criminal act. I also left a completely honest review earlier, but they had it deleted, which tells you everything you need to know about their integrity. Please think twice before even going for an interview here. Save yourself the time, stress, and trouble.
