Pros
It is a really exciting time to be part of the agency. We have lots going on, a positive business direction, and plenty of improvements around how we structure and organise the business. All agencies are fast-paced (that is just the way of the world) but what is really important is that you absolutely have a really good, supportive network of people that you can rely on and get help from when challenges do come up. The diversity of our clients is really nice, and we have some brilliant people that we are working with who truly feel like a partner of the agency. We also produce brilliant work and have picked up so many awards already in 2026 and the years before, which is a real testament to the quality we have in the team. An often unspoken perk is an early finish on the last Friday of every month too, which makes the weekend feel like a bank holiday! It's a nice way to end every month because we all work really hard, so it's great to be able to have a little bit of time off for a longer weekend.
Cons
Extra time for training and development is always something that's difficult for any agency, so I'd love to see more time carved out for that. As a remote agency, it would also be good to have some more touchpoints for the team to come together. We started doing that more recently, and there is also a desire to have more in-person client meetings too. This has already started to happen, but we would just love to see this keep evolving in 2026.
