Pros
Have been with Abnormal for several years now and have seen it reinvent itself as the company has grown in size and revenue in multiples over the last few years. My learning is growing and scaling is hard, and there will always been issues in that process. Abnormal has certainly had its fair share of growing challenges but company has been willing to learn alot from its pains. This past year, company has transformed into a new version of operations that is much smoother (still more to be done) than before and I'd say its a pretty good place to grow in your career if you want.
Cons
The job can be very demanding at times, but recently, things have become alot more normal
