This is a completely honest review, most full star review are doctored: - Only pro of this company is that it gives increment after 6 months which is also a con as you will not be able to get the same package elsewhere compared to your experience.
Cons
The company is a big boss house, you don't know what kind of politics are happening against you behind your back. - Upper management does not listen to every employee - The process of doing work changes after every 3 months - There are 10-15 cameras on each floor but still the management does not know the chaos on the floor (mic. should be added) - New designations and responsibilities are created without any need - False promises and false information are passed on by upper management - Filled with people who only come to gossip against team members - Crying and shouting is done by Senior members The whole company is filled with people who want to do politics and do not want to work.
