Worst most disorganized company that I've ever worked for. Training is non-existent for the tech support dept. There is no set development plan for learning any product, or improving any skills.
The managers also love to make fun of their team members behind their backs for everything ranging from appearance, to job skills, to what that person is eating on their break. There were multiple complaints from team members to HR about harassment, bullying, and sexual harassment.
If you struggle in your job skills, they won't coach you. If they don't like you, you get frozen out until you quit. Be prepared to learn everything on your own and even if you do manage to improve, they'll move the goalposts.
Maybe 5 people on the team actually like their job. The rest are miserable and biding their time until they find something better. It's a toxic culture.
