Cons
They way the company is set up is why they have a hard time managing their services and company. They keep acquiring small organizations and try to merge them into an existing system. The issue is Ability does not have any in-house made services that can handle the acquisitions. They will NOT be able to handle all of the services they did not build themselves in a reasonable time frame including support, training, etc. They are not trying to build a better system, they are acquiring services in hopes they can run with one and hit big. Generally, these systems are migrated onto a 'better' service, leading to more sales of said service and less cancellations, this is not the case. Good luck every trying to sell this company or pushing an IPO anytime in the next decade or two. Anyone who checks their numbers will run.
