Pros

The family are friendly and intelligent and willing to listen to ideas. The training for Prosthetists and Orthortists I hear is good

Cons

Long working hours which are unnecessary. Not a flexible company in terms of working, as you have to argue your case for a doctor's appointment. You are never allowed to work from home. Although you are listened to by senior staff members, it is nearly impossible to implement change, even if people all agree it is the right move. This is not a social company (they don't even have a Christmas party). People get in on time and leave on the dot because they don't want to be there. The highest turnover of staff I have ever seen. No benefits and the salary was less than average for the position I was in. Senior staff are very old fashioned with the way they work. They expect people to stay late, even if they have no extra work to do. You will not get any professional development unless you are on the clinical side of the company.
