Pros

Flexi hours, unsupervised work, some nice people

Cons

A lot of clients walking away as the uncertainty of an upcoming merger looms to a company that specialises in the closed book environment. New Business drying up fast as nobody knows what the future plans are. Staff last to know of any updates (you'll know more by the papers). Merger seems to be a nice way to cut benefits. Taking on a LOT of new staff and seem determined to wave goodbye to experienced staff leaving a huge knowledge gap which has a very negative impact on clients (and staff). Little or no scope for development.

Super flat org structure. Very personable team. Hybrid work structure. 3 days in office.

Cons

Some of the members of your team were in other locations. Lots of online meetings.
