Decent work life balance, poor pay - Investment Director Aberdeen Employee Review

I earn less than I did 10 years ago, despite being promoted a couple of times. Bonuses are now very small or zero and pay increases, if you get any, rarely match inflation. This is despite me objectively performing to a high standard and after many others have been made redundant.
