      Recognized highly skilled individuals and promoted those that excelled. Open to new frontiers and willing to take calculated risks with high returns.

      Cons

      Lack of CEO engagement led to the bankruptcy of a large company in Spain. Collaboration efforts where difficult with Spanish and Uruguay personnel. Extreme growth was not managed to survive company financials.
