Pros
After working and getting to know practically every EPC company in the US during my 40 year career I am at a loss as to what “pros” working for this company would have.
Cons
The management of this company, their hiring and firing practices, and their human, client and vendor relationship are simply incredible. They hire a few experienced people to do all the work while maintaining large numbers of expats with high salaries that lack any experience, knowledge, talent or desire to do any meaningful work creating a very hostile environment. It gets even worse when these experience people are the subject od retaliation for exposing, without even trying, the ignorance, arrogance and the lack of knowledge of management.
