Pros
Relatively flat hierarchy Small, cozy firm with friendly folk and nice bosses (I was in the Singapore office and have been treated with nothing less than warmness). Very international environment, so you get to meet people from all sorts of backgrounds. Seems to pay well. Meritocratic - your hard work is likely to be recognised and rewarded.
Cons
Stories about the founding CEO's attitude are probably not exaggerated - I had very little interaction with him, but all of them were negative. Observations from how he behaved worsened my impression of him. Fails to grasp the distinction between respecting someone as a human being and respecting someone as an authority figure - if you refuse to give him the latter, he refuses to give you the former.
