I wanted to share my recent experience with Aaptatt Inc. The company seems to have no proper onboarding or structured HR process. I joined about 10 days ago, and within just a week, I received a call from Mr. Lucky Khera (CEO of Aaptatt Inc.) saying, “It’s not going the way we wanted.” What’s surprising is that during my time there, there was no induction, no training, no proper meetings, and not even a clear introduction about the team, company structure, or expectations. Out of nowhere, after just one week, I was informed — over a WhatsApp call — that it would be my last working day. Mr. Khera was the only point of contact since day one and never clearly introduced his role or explained the company’s workflow. The communication and process felt very unprofessional. I received payment only for 10 days via UPI, and I genuinely have no idea whether I’ll even receive my PF amount.

The work environment was good. The mentor was very supportive. The work culture was helpful and provided strong learning opportunities.

I did not face any significant challenges during my internship.
