Pros

Booze and snacks at the office

Cons

Toxic leadership from the top down. Negative place with impossible workloads, mediocre pay and benefits, and heavily charged political environment.

Pros

I have loved working at AZDS for the past (almost) two years. Not only is it a great place to work (unlimited FPTO that you're encouraged to take, hybrid work schedule, travel opportunities, interesting clients, fun culture and events), but they've also invested in my professional career growth. I recently was selected to participate in the Communicate to Elevate program and grew my ability to give more effective presentations, get my point across during pitches, and communicate more effectively with my team. I feel empowered to continue advancing in my responsibilities and roles.

Cons

If a fast-paced environment isn't your jam, then this will not be the right environment for you. As a small agency, you need to be flexible and agile in order to properly service projects and clients.

Pros

I absolutely love working at AZDS. The innovation behind our product and the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most iconic luxury hotels in the world make every day exciting and meaningful. Beyond the incredible client work, what stands out most is how much the company truly cares about its people. I feel seen, supported, and consistently invested in both personally and professionally. There’s definitely a steep learning curve, but that’s part of what makes it so rewarding. You’re constantly challenged, but surrounded by smart, kind, and passionate teammates who make even the busiest days enjoyable. AZDS is a place where you can grow fast, do work you’re proud of, and feel part of something genuinely innovative.

Cons

Not really a con, but advice for anyone considering AZDS: there’s a ton of opportunity to grow here, but it requires initiative and a willingness to be challenged. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, you’ll fit in great!
