Pros
If your life is lacking anxiety, depression and frustration this is the organisation for you. A You do not get salary for around 2-3 months at a time..in a situation like covid..which is super beneficial for the company and leads the CEO to buy an expensive CAR. Also there is no wfh, no medical insurance..so that you can die in peace.
Cons
1.Dont pay salary on time.you can be fired anytime. 2. You have to work from office and the break times are like school..you cant get out of the ODC even if you are dying if its not break time. 3. They lie to the clients about the project timeline. And blame the employees for the unrealistic promises they made. And fire them. 4. Not a single ex employee have got their letters and FNF. 5. They have fluctuating policies, working non Saturday's any time as they please. Still wont pay you for it. 6. They will sue you if u resign. But if they fire you, you have to leave the same day. 7.. One management person is legit called gadhaprasad by the CEO himself infront of all the employees
