      Pros

      AXA provide high quality benefits package supported with any training requirements you need to fulfill your role. They actively encourage progression and have a variety of ERG (Employee Resource Groups) which support diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      As with any other Corporate company there can be politics or extra security measures which can impede workflow sometimes

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
