      Pros

      Great to develop your skills and 90% of the company care about their people. Overall a great place to work, and has been for nearly 20 years.

      Cons

      So stuck in the past, old processes, tech and questionable strategic decisions. The phrase "We have always done it that way" is used far too often. Red tape restricts/slows progress. Undergoing a structural change.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
