AXA is a great company and know that his value comes from the teams. So the hierarchy is always looking for feedbacks and try to promote people. The place in Nanterre is great to work as the Webcenter in Wasquehal.
Cons
The evolution is mainly easy in some jobs like Project Manager, but technical roles are more difficult to reach as they are not really the heart of this company
