Pros
Great support from management through the internship. It was a great experience to see what it would be like to pursue a career as a financial advisor at AXA.
Cons
After shadowing a few of the newer advisors in the company, it is clear to me that starting a career in financial advising is not for everyone. The career can be very rewarding, but the hard work and dedication that is required for the first few years causes many new advisors to fail.
