-Best reason to work here is your direct coworkers. The people that work with me on a day to day basis are some of the best coworkers I've ever had.
Cons
Senior members of leadership consistently contradict themselves, are unorganized, and not tapped in to their team culture at all. Inconsiderate of their employees time/lives. Promises opportunities for growth but then turns around and says they are not worried about how high turnover rates are within corporate or that there are no opportunities for growth internally.
