      The 9 day working fortnight was good. The 13% pension contribution was good

      Cons

      Incredibly disorganised. A place that lacks direction. Terrible culture. Poor leadership. I felt like I wasted a year of my life there. I left a well paid job to join there and regretted my decision.

      Flexible schedule, some interesting work

      Cons

      Laziness is normalized, it’s an old boys club. Bullying is normalized, it feels like stepping back in time. The company hide behind the secret nature of some of the work to avoid scrutiny, and as a result produce terrible work that is propped up by the fearful boys club. Some parts of site are made so ‘safe’ that work can’t happen, and other parts are left dangerous but secret.
