Cons
Bill Jemas is a micromanaging nightmare. Type his name and "micromanaging" into Google and you'll see numerous mentions of this throughout the years. It doesn't help that he communicates poorly with staff, seems to think very highly of himself, and has lousy ideas. Again, you can consult Google for all of this: go back far enough and we can read all about him. I wish someone would've warned me before I did a project for this company.
