Pros
The work hours are manageable. Most people are friendly and have good intentions. You get a chance to wear many hats because it's a small company.
Cons
Toxic political environment with obvious double standards and backstabbing. There are a few bullies around the office who do not hesitate to spew insults and throw others under the bus. Worst of all, management supports them and doesn't keep them in check, and there is nothing the powerless HR can do to change it. Check LinkedIn to see how many past employees have worked there. For such a small company, that should be a huge red flag to anyone considering Aver.
