Pros
- A good MNC in Vietnam, much better than most of Korean and Japanese companies in VN. - Respect its employee - A fair salary. Health insurance for employee family member.
Cons
- High work load and stress during some projects. Some times it came unbearable. - Good for deep into technical but very less chance to be promoted to manager position.
