Pros
Depending on the department you're in, it may be better than being on unemployment... Maybe
Cons
Too many too list, but the lack of intelligence at all levels of management. Corruption of upper management and a joke of middle management just has employees cutting every corner to get through the work day. Cannot blame them. Turnover is incredibly high due to poor tactics and it promotes a hatred of other departments internally. The fact they're still profitable has to be to the stranglehold on the industry which was smartly done by Silverlake to join the top 2 companies in the industry. The merger's been a complete failure, but anything other than two juggernauts running a company like this would have already gone out of business. It's only a matter of time though until this bad joke is put down for good. There's 0 innovation coming out of here and the clients know it.
