      Pros

      I guess one pro is job security.

      Cons

      You are the product. They make money selling your work to their clients. As such, they take a really high cut from what they are paid and then pay you the rest. No real room for promotion because they have a small footprint in Japan. But they will promise you the moon and stars anyways

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
