      AVI-SPL has a very friendly work environment, all staff are very approachable making life in business easy. i have a healthy work/life balance, my line management are very understanding and helpful with my everyday. i feel like a valued member of the team.

      Cons

      i find there to be minimal communication between departments, information has to be sort after and not just provided when needed

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
