Pros

-Remote work; -In more than 5000 people there's good people here, with good ideas and with good team spirit

Cons

-I've been in Autodoc for 3 years, and there's been a complete change on companies policy and mentality. They share good financial results every quarter, but we are losing more and more perks; -People's department is a complete joke. No culture whatsoever. We had a restructure of our department, where more than a half of people left, and we are way more disorganized than before. In 3 years I had 3 different leaderships; -The company is becoming more and more a "friends" club. If you are russian, and a friend of some manager, you have a place here. They prioritize Russian language, instead of having english and or german classes for everyone; -The perks: oh the perks. When I started we made an amazing job for the portuguese side to have healthcare and food allowance, which is the minimum right? Now we are losing perks. When I started, we had a annual bonus. Now we don't have anything (well, the average joe, because the "friends" club continues to have). Not even a paid referral program! Even the language classes that are shared now are "limited" to teams needs. And the discount? It's not a perk... It's something you should have as a employee... For Christmas gifts they took some spare merch from fairs and gave it to the employees; -Activities: this is a strange one. Because they happen. But again, just for a few folks. It's incredible but I've been here for 3 years and never met my team in person. Not even a team building. When I started we had a budget to work in other offices besides our country. Well it should exist, but again, just for a few ones. Events continues to happen. People continues to have trainings. But not for everyone. I wanted to attend a very important event for my area, but "there was no budget". -Employer Branding: doesn't exist. How can you develop a brand, if you don't go to events? -Cultural differences: because of everything I written above, this cultural difference between the "east" part of the company and the rest exists, and you feel it every day in small things like decision making, feedback, etc; -No career path: I've been in the company for 3 years, completed all my kpis and wanted to pursue a different thing inside the company... nothing until now. -No transparency: a lot of things happens without you knowing that happened. And we are not talking about small things. We are talking about serious stuff like hiring people without ANYONE from Talent Acquisition knowing that. We are talking about changing perks, we are talking about firing people, we are talking about changing the mindset.

Pros

Compensation is solid – base salary and bonus are competitive for the market. Low workload and slow pace – if you want a stress-free, low-intensity job, you’ll get it here. Predictable routine – very little real urgency, pressure, or stretch beyond the basics.

Cons

Culture of avoiding work and decisions – people spend more energy sidestepping responsibility than solving problems. Hard decisions are delayed, delegated, or buried. Bloated IT organisation – too many people doing overlapping roles, unclear ownership, and very little actual impact for the headcount. No real technological ambition – everything is constrained by a heavy monolith and a fear of meaningful change. “Strategy discussions” orbit around cosmetic topics while the structural tech debt remains untouched. Command-and-control mentality – the dominant mindset is “do what you’re told”. Independent thinking and challenge are quietly discouraged. Progress depends on belonging to the right clique – your ability to move a vision forward depends less on merit and more on whether you are “in the gang”. Politics beats competence. Leadership without ownership – senior leaders struggle to take a clear decision, stick with it, and own the consequences. Accountability is diffused to the point where nothing truly changes.
