They will likely replace u for someone else if you don’t meet their expectations in a few weeks No real onboarding or clarity on job direction is provided No visa support neither relocation was offered Long and short term goals unclear, they change their mind every week Managed by young people working with a very old fashion mentality No real dialogue or collaboration btw teams
