Cons
If you are a fan of surprises, just take the job here! But only if you like BAD surprises. Everyday there is something new that makes the previous day a little bit better. No communication, different orders coming from different people, no clear goals, no constructive feedbacks.... the place to avoid if you don't want drama in your life.
