This is a family owned company, very concerned with their employees.

can't find any words that are positive

HR dept ego's like a heavy cloud over the team. if you ask for a raise you won't like the answer. high turnover. management has no idea if your doing good things, and at review time will not acknowledge them. scant paid time off you earn 5 hours a month and start at zero. and mostly the tribal knowledge thats been shown the door last couple years has resulted in quality control rejecting parts...
