Pay is very less compared to market standards Promotion is very rare Hike every year is flat (either 2 or 3%) Bad company politics Not at all possible personal growth, and works in panic environments almost always Very mediocre benefits (unlimited pto, but you cannot take more than a week continuously!!! - you cannot take judge from this how bad it is and i would choose fixed pto any day now in other company)
